Liability and Informed Consent

Blissful Family Yoga's primary instructor, Gloria Overcash, is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor at the 200 hour level, and also a certified YogaMotion instructor at the 200 hour level.  She has participated in additional training including SuperHealth: Yogic Science for Addictive Behaviors, Supporting People with PTSD through Kundalini Yoga, Khalsa Way Pregnancy Yoga, Spirit Baby Mommy & Me Yoga, Dancing for Birth, The Art of Sacred Postpartum, Radiant Child Yoga, and Cosmic Kids Yoga.  Her training and expertise in yoga and meditation are offered to you for general educational purposes only and are NOT a substitute for professional physical or mental health care.

Yoga is a strenuous physical activity.  You are advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise program. Blissful Family Yoga cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis.

By participating in the program, you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement, and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental. It is your responsibility to be the judge of your own personal physical and mental capabilities and limitations for participation in the program.

You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent your full participation in the program.  You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the program, Blissful Family Yoga; Gloria Overcash (aka Ravi Inder Kaur); and any substitute or guest teachers from any and all claims, actions, demands, proceedings, liabilities, cost and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, which they may have ascertained against or incurred by them arising as a result from your participation in the program.

You, your heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue or make any claims of any kind whatsoever against the program or any of the aforementioned parties for any injury, property loss/damage, or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email address, name, home address, phone number, and credit card information.  Purchases made on a payment plan will be billed monthly.
Once purchased, you have lifetime access to Peace for Postpartum.  Lifetime Access means for the life of the service- as long as Peace for Postpartum is available for purchase and use on this website, not necessarily for the duration of a human life time.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  If you participate fully in Peace for Postpartum by following the suggested Six Week Program Guide and do not experience the positive benefits of yoga and meditation, please be prepared to submit your completed journal entries within two months of your purchase date for consideration for a refund.

We will not share or sell your personal information.
